Cancellation & refund policy
Because each print is made specially for you, here is how cancellations and problems are handled.
Before payment
A quote is not an order. Ignore it or tell us, and nothing is charged.
Cancelling after payment
Write to us within 24 hours of paying and before production starts for a full refund. After production starts we can't cancel, as the print is made for you.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, email namaste@samskritiarts.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photos of the print and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
No returns for change of mind
As prints are made to order, we can't accept returns if you simply change your mind.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
